Shipping Policy

All products will be shipped within 3 business day unless otherwise stated, pre-sale and customized items require an additional 7-12 business days for processing.

We offer free standard shipping over $79 USD

Shipping details:

Our standard shipping carriers are automatically chosen from USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, or OnTrac. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships from our warehouse so you can see what carrier will deliver your order. Track Order

 

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

For example, if you order a shirt, it will need 3 business day of processing time and 7-12 business days of shipping time (standard shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 10-15 business days.

Please note that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.

 

Delivery Time Exceeded

Delays in international shipping may occur due to external conditions. If your order is affected, please contact us at service@soulsbelief.com. We will follow up with the carrier promptly. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

 

Order Cancellations

If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
