Shipping Policy
All products will be shipped within 2 business day unless otherwise stated, pre-sale and customized items require an additional 5-10 business days for processing.
We offer free standard shipping over $89 USD (excl. Puerto Rico)
Shipping details:
- Standard shipping – delivered in 8–13 business days $9 USD
- Express shipping – delivered in 7–10 business days · $18 USD
No delivery to military bases—use another address.
Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time
For example, if you order a shirt, it will need 2 business day of processing time and 8-12 business days of shipping time (standard shipping ). Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 10-15 business days.
Please note that transit times do not include weekends and holidays.
Delivery Time Exceeded
Delays in international shipping may occur due to external conditions. If your order is affected, please contact us at service@soulsbelief.com. We will follow up with the carrier promptly. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
How do I track my order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order, we will send you an email with the corresponding delivery information. After that you will be able to track your order in “Track My Order" menu by copying the tracking number from order details or Notification Email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to activate.
Order Cancellation
If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Unclaimed orders
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.
About Tax
In seldom cases, orders may be charged the customs fees by your government, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.
